Refunded to a credit card that doesn't exist anymore
As titled, I have been issued a refund from eBay (not the seller) but they have refunded to a credit card that doesn't exist anymore (the original payment method). How do I ask eBay to refund my eBay balance or a different card?

Mentor1 month agoThat refund will just bounce back to eBay and await your new admission to your eBay account, of the card account you wish for the refund to now be sent to.
Add your new card details with the link below, preferably use a desktop browser not the app for this.
It may take a few days for the new details to be verified, and if it's a credit card again, then the refund can take up to 30 days to appear.
