Refunded the buyer for lost parcel
My parcel never got delivered and the tracking number says it's in Bristol mail centre since 9th September. The buyer opened up a case so eBay refunded him and closed the case. And now I'm out of pocket, no item and no money.
Am I entitled to anything?
eBay and royal mail aren't helping me resolve this.

Then, a case opened for item not received, would be refunded by eBay and a refund closes the case.
You get to keep the payout.
