Refunded "Lost" Package, buyer refusing to sign form to declare it, and Paclink will not refund with
Hi All, We sold an item for £176, shipped insured with Evri via Paclink/eBay. The buyer told us he never recieved it, and the Evri POD was total garbage, so following eBay rules we refunded the buyer, and opened a case with Paclink. They sent us forms for the buyer to sign to confirm the non-reciept, the buyer has subsequently gone dark and is refusing to respond to any email or message. Paclink are saying without the form being signed by the buyer they are not going to pay out. We are left losing everything, even though we have done notheing but exactly what everybody (eBay, Packlink & Evri) have told us to do. Is there anything we can do?

Hi @enginuity4u, thanks for your post.
If tracking information confirmed the item as delivered, unfortunately there is nothing we could do from our end. The courier might not take further actions as their information is also confirming the the item as delivered.
In this kind of situation, the buyer would need open a case and then reach out to us to see what options are available in order for us to protect them, but if you've voluntarily refunded the case, I'm afraid we can longer take actions. You can try the courier again to see if there is anything all they could do from their end, but again, I cannot guarantee that they will take further actions.
Thank you,
Marco
