This is what my refunded buyer sent to me today. The case has been closed buyer has a refund, I have no lens. "Still no sign of the lens. I've just come off the phone with eBay. They said that in order to chase RM up and, if it's lost, refund you, you will need to contact eBay directly. Obviously, if the lens does turn up here I will contact you again to arrange postage as before. Nothing else I can do in afraid" The buyer sent the item to me but it was refused delivery because I the inspector of the good was not available for a week. Returned to sender I was told (sender being my refunded buyer). Case closed according to eBay. Where to I stand ?
