refunded item has been delivered

Question

I have received a refund for an undelivered item, but the item has arrived. so i need to know how i can let ebay know and arrange for a return. on the purchase history there is no way to do a return and it says ebay has already refunded you.

Sounds as though ebay refunded, if they did they will not be interested, and the seller has not refunded. so also does not need a return. You have a freebie.
