Mentor1 week agoOnly proof of tracked delivery would prevent buyer getting a refund, but in any case it is ebay who pays for the refund NOT you.

Mentor1 week agoIf you used an eBay Simple Delivery label then they make the refund to the buyer and you get to keep the original payment, isn't this what happened?
