Refunded for purchase then its delivered
How do I get my money if a refund was issued then the item was delivered a month later? Evri say ebay issue, ebay say evri issue. Im stuck with no item and no money. Do I just accept the loss? This seems really unfair and ebay ate hard to contact.

MentorAug 14, 2026 at 8:32 AMWhat I have done with agreement of buyer who was very cooperative, is relist the item, amending the title to avoid anyone else wanting to buy, buyer buys again and pays.
Somehow you need to avoid involving simple delivery so perhaps list as collection, buyer gives you the code and job done.

Bought on 4th June, posted straight away, 2 weeks passed they requested refund, evri said its at their warehouse and will be posted back to me. Refund was issued then on 22nd july evri said it was delivered. Messaged the buyer who said that address is now a building site. So no idea
