refund when money still on hold
Hi there, What should i do if the buyer changed his mind and want a refund after he paid but the money is still on hold and has not reached my account yet?. I have also been charged by ebay for packaging when the item has not been shipped.

The Buyer will receive the refund for the item from the money on hold.
