Refund to old card
I had a refund sent to an old card. I have now changed payment method, when I realised.
How will I get my refund?

Mentor10 months agoIf your refund went to a closed account, it will just bounce back to eBay, and await new details to be entered.
You have done this, eBay will now need to verify those details, you can appreciate it can take a few days, then the money will be transferred to the new account.

Mentor10 months agoWhat sort of card, refunds can only go back to a credit card, debit cards, are only a means of debiting a bank account, and therefore refunds go to the account not the card.
