Refund to eBay Balance

hope all is well and hope someone could help here as it is difficult to reach eBay customer service.
bought Surface and started a return within allowed window but due to personal circumstances wasn't able to return the item. 90 days passed and I contacted seller who was happy to issue refund and arrange collection of the item. Seller then confirmed receiving item and said please raise disupe via bank and we will accep it. However, this would be only dispute/refund for the part paid via credit card.
How do I get the part payment back that was paid from my eBay balance.

The seller can't refund through ebay and it's only through an ebay case that you would have received a full refund. Your return case timed out when you didn't return the item in time.
