Refund to buyer
I am at my wits end. I returned an order and am told I received a refund on the 3rd of August. I have not received a refund but all attempts to get e bay involved to intervene on my behalf futile.

Mentor3 weeks agoIf you received notification from ebay that you have been refunded then you will have been. Refunds refurn to source and can take a while. So refunds to your bank can take about 7 days but refund to your credit card can take up to about 30 days, although usually quicker.
If you didn't receive official notification and have opened a return case you should escalate it to ebay. Go to the return case, click on Return Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.
