Refund taken again

Question

I paid for an item through klarna which was refunded due to product been late and damaged once arrived this was 4/8/26 .Today ebay took the amount out of my bank how do I claim this back please

I assume as it was delivered, the refund was not appropriare, although I have never heard of ebay taking a refund back. Now you need to open a Not as described case, arrived damaged.

This looks like the original payment given to the seller if you were refunded in a Simple Delivery transaction.

eBay refund you the buyer for the damaged item received, then the original payment for the item is released to the seller.

To be sure, check with eBay Customer Services as they have access to your account.

It's not easy to get hold of Customer Services, you need to go top left of your eBay page to Help & Contact, and keep typing in... ' I wish to speak to an agent' you may eventually get through.
