Refund scam
A buyer wants to return mobile phone saying its damaged when I sent him brand new item. I sent him return label and he has returned item showing on ebay delivered to me but I never recieved it. Further investigating with royal mail they said its been delivered to some random hospital as the address on label only had postcode snd not full address.
Spoke to ebay agent and they said on their record item has not been delivered to me but ebay app says delivered. Any help would be appreciated.
