Refund P&P cost to buyer.
I have refunded the buyer for £1.50 but I couldn't add P&P. Not worried about the return of jacket, not worth it. How do I send the buyer £2.96 P&p?

Mentor2 weeks agoIf you did not receive the postage, why would you want to refund it. Buyer bought postage, and gets a refund if unused..

Mentor2 weeks agoIf you used eBay's Simple Delivery they pay the postage to eBay and it will be refunded when you cancel the transaction/accept the buyer's case if they opened one.
