Refund over an EA that did not work
I bought an Expert Advicer ( EA) from a seller couple weeks ago and the seller sent me a link to click into . Long story short the EA did not work so i reached out to the seller and told him about the issue and demanded for a refund of which i've raised the issue up.
It being over few days now i've not heard anything regarding my refund.

If so, open a case for item not received.

·10 months agoYou needed to open a case saying you had not received the item - you have opened a return case.

Mentor10 months agoThen you have a problem. You can't open an item not received case after one for item not as described.
Could you try your funding source for help?

Mentor10 months agoI've no idea what that is, but eBay don't allow the sale of most digitally delivered items. It's pretty dicey clicking on a link that a stranger sends you.
It's unlikely that you're covered by eBay, you can't return an item that you don't have (it needs to be a physical item).
Some card providers may cover you, check their terms and conditions and see if you can issue a not as described chargeback.

Mentor10 months agoMost Digitally delivered items are not allowed to be sold on ebay, but read ebay policy

It is possible that there is no way to get a refund through ebay, but you could speak to your payment provider, to see if they can help.
