Refund on faulty watch strap after 90 days?

Hi I bought a replacement watchstrap about 4 months ago to put on a spare watch that I have only worn 4-5 times. However the clasp has failed and a pin keeps falling out. So the strap was not fit for purpose under Consumer rights Act. I'm having problems getting a refund and the item is now sold out? As it was over 90 days ago?

You have 30 days to return an item that's not as described via eBay, same for PayPal.

If you paid with a debit/credit card or ApplePay you have 120 days to issue a not as described chargeback.

Ebay only provides support for 30 days from receipt. You are now on your own with the seller.
