Refund on faulty item over 90 days
I trying to work out how to get a refund on an item that has stopped working after 6 months. I cant claim because its over 90 days, the seller is not responding to messages and the ebay ai bot will not connect me to an agent as I cant select the item due to its age!

Mentor3 weeks agoI'm afraid ebay won't do anything. They stick to their 30 day deadline and don't get involved with warranties.
