Mentor5 months agoWithout proof of delivery seller will not be obliged to refund.
When doing anything on ebay it is always worth checking up the correct procedure is followed as otherwise it can prove expensive.

Mentor5 months agoDid you pay for the postage label with a Payment Provider (there would be a reference number on your records that you can ask the Royal Mail for the related Tracking number.
