Refund on a sold item

I'm struggling to cancel and refund an item I have sold
Originally sold in February this year, I've had a few messages back and forth with the buyer to try and arrange a suitable collection date... but without success (it's a large item). My last two messages to the buyer have gone unanswered. In the last message I set a deadline of 30 June and if I had not received a reply I would end/cancel the order and refund the buyer.
I tried to use eBay's AI assistant without success, and looked for help elsewhere but the instruction to cancel didn't make sense as the options to cancel the order was not available on either the app or website under 'My eBay' - I suspect because the item was sold over 90 days ago.
Does anyone know how I can either cancel the order and issue a refund, or get in touch with eBay without using their Ai thing?

Mentor3 months agoAfter 30 days the money back guarantee is no longer avsilable, and after 90 days there is no means to cancel or refund through the ebay system.
No point in contacting ebay they will not be interested, you have allowed too much time to pass. only way you can refund would be by cheque, using paypal or bank transfer requires information that buyer would have to send via messages which would be blocked by ebay.

You can send them PayPal payment if you both use it or bank transfer.
