Hi,A buyer bought 5 items and asked for combined postage. This is my first time using the prepayment label.I found it impossible to find out how to change the labels so I sent the parcels Royal mail. Cost £26.39. The total prepayment costs were 19.19 and deducted from the receipts. How can I get the prepayment sum refunded?
