Refund of postage for cancelled order
I'm hoping someone can help me please.
A buyer bought one of my items and then immediately cancelled. The listing was using simple delivery and 'seller pays postage'. I have agreed to the cancellation but notice that I have already been charged for the postage.
My question is 'how do I get a refund'? I've looked at the left hand side - selling, postage labels, but the item in question is not there. If I do a search for the order number, again it doesn't find it.
I've read all the help on eBay but there doesn't seem to be a straightforward answer to this (probably so that you lose the money!) so I'm hoping someone can guide me.

Are you sure it's a Simple Delivery label? If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form (link below) for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.

OP10 months agoHi vyolla. Yes I've definitely been charged and it is simple delivery. I can't see any option to void the label or even to print it and then cancel. It just doesn't give me that option.
