Refund of postage

Question

I noticed on my EBay account I have been charged twice to post the same item. EBay refer me to the post office and the PO refer me to EBay … I cannot manage to speak to a customer assistant only the AI help. It’s only £3.15 but it’s just annoying to unable to get this resolved . Any experience on thus issue ? Thank you .

Hi @bluechelsea12 , thanks for your post.

I was checking for you there, and it looks like you've acquired 2 labels indeed, so yes, you were charged twice.

What you can do is leaving the one you used to ship the item alone, and the void the 2nd one from here. You just need to find the transaction and label from there, and click on void, this will work as long as the label wasn't used. Please note that couriers have certain time frames to void labels, so the sooner you void it to get a refund, the better.

Sounds as though you may have bought two labels, in which case cancel one. I doubt that you have paid twice for only one label.
