Refund of original postage when larger parcel postage needed
When I came to print my label I realised the dimensions of my parcel were bigger than what has been paid for. I highlighted the bigger parcel and bought a new label. How do I get a refund for the label I haven't used? Thanks

Mentor3 weeks agoUnder simple delivery, if buyer pays for postage, they get refund of unused label.
