Refund not recieved
Hi
I was issued a refund from a seller i have not recieved
I am trying to contact ebay to help resolve the issue but I just keep going in circles on thier automated customer chat. Has anyone had this issue and how did you resolve this.

Mentor1 week agoRefunds can take up to 30 days to reach your funding source. How do you know the seller refunded, has ebay told you?

OP1 week agoYes I got an email from ebay and there's a notification on the sale item in purchases saying refund issued. Email also stated 3 to 5 working days to recieve refund which was issued on the 9/9/26

Mentor1 week agoLength of time to receive a refund depends on method of payment, using a credit card can take up to 30 days.
Ebay just use a standard advice saying 4 /5 days whether correct or not.
