Refund not received and eBay has closed this return. Help!
I have returns the item and it was received by the seller . But they have not retuned my refund ?
eBay has closed the return case and it won’t allow me to appeal.
How is this buyer protection
Do I have any other options?

Mentor3 weeks agoDid you escalate case within 30 days?
If not ebay assume all is resolved and close case.
You should have escalated case 4 days after item returned if seller did not refund.
