Hi,I am writing here because the automated system has blocked my ability to contact customer support directly.I purchased a Tamron lens from Japan (Order: 16-15089-20992). The package was not delivered and was successfully returned back to the seller in Japan.I received an official email from eBay stating that the returned item was delivered to the seller and that I should receive my refund by 24 September (Return ID: 5328363344).The deadline has passed, the seller has both the item and my money, but no refund has been issued. Furthermore, the system shows conflicting information about my account standards and prevents me from opening an appeal.Can a moderator or agent look into this case manually? The seller has been unjustly enriched as they hold both the returned stock and the funds.Thank you,Rafal

Mentor1 week agoIf ebay tells you a refund is being processed, there is nothing you can do to speed up the process, so not worth wasting your time.

Mentor1 week agoeBay deadlines are not always accurate. You should give it a bit more time. Also bear in mind that refunds return to source and can take a while to get there - around seven days to return to a bank account, up to 30 days to return to credit card.
