Refund not received
I didn’t receive and was told a refund was processed on the 1st August but I still haven’t received the refund and can’t find where to report it as they say case closed

MentorAug 10, 2026 at 7:40 PMIt will depend on your original payment method eg if Paypal its reasonably instant Debit card can be up to 10 days and if paid by Credit Card 30 days.
