Refund not received
I didn’t receive and was told a refund was processed on the 1st August but I still haven’t received the refund and can’t find where to report it as they say case closed

Mentor2 months agoIt will depend on your original payment method eg if Paypal its reasonably instant Debit card can be up to 10 days and if paid by Credit Card 30 days.
