refund money
I purchased a NVIDIA 5090 graphics card through an auction, but the seller had their account suspended immediately after I completed payment. I am seeking a refund as I believe this was a scam; I've submitted a refund request for several days with no response yet.

Mentor3 months agoWere you able to open a case for a refund? Then, on day 4 escalate the case and eBay will force the refund.
If not, contact CS, and they will refund you, if they have removed the seller from their site.
Contacting eBay Customer Services is not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.
Use this link to contact CS, if you can try at 8 a.m. on a weekday morning also more chance there for Dublin to answer.
