Refund Missing for £2.94 After Buyer Cancellation
A buyer cancelled their order within seconds of purchase, and I was charged £2.94 for postage even though I never printed or used the label.
I’ve already covered this amount out of my own pocket to complete the buyer’s refund, but eBay has not refunded me. Why was I charged in the first place when the order was cancelled immediately, and why has the £2.94 still not been returned?
