Refund issues
I originally sent the buyer wrong blouse she returned it but in the meantime I sent her the original proof on my eBay page photos and correspondence from both the buyer wants to cancel refund but the option is no longer there only negative for me which she dosnt want to do as I went out my way for her, so now the issue has stuck with no resolve ,the buyer dosnt want a refund I would like to speak to an agent t if possible
