REFUND ISSUED TO THE WRONG CARD

Hi, I paid for an item on the bank card I had at the time. The card was subsequently stopped because it had been hacked and I now have a new card. The problem is that when I requested a refund it was automatically issued to the stopped card. How can I get the funds transferred to the new card please?

Your bank card is linked to a bank account, the refund should still go to that account.

If that account is closed, then it will just bounce back to eBay, and await new instructions from you with the new bank details.

It will take eBay a few days for them to verify your new details before that refund is transferred.
