I have cancelled an order and issued a refund for a sold item believing I was refunding the monies paid by the buyer - but it seems it has been refunded directly from my Ebay balance = did I make an error in issuing the refund directly rather than it being automatically refunded - thus refunding the buyer twice? Advice on this would be appreciated and if I have made that mistake how do I reinstate my funds? Thanks, Phil
