Refund issue with buyer - items missing with return
I received a returned item which the buyer claimed was faulty. After testing it, I found it to be working just fine. The buyer failed to include all of the originally spotted supplied cables so I am reluctant to issue a refund. I have sent the buyer a message but the have not replied. What should I do next? I have been through the procedure online but eBay keep sending me reminders emails to refund the buyer. Any advice much appreciated. Thanks.

Mentor1 month agoYou're supposed to be able to report the issue via the return case and deduct some of the refund.

Mentor1 month agoI think you will find that only business sellers can deduct some of the refund, as they are entitled to under the consumer contracts regs.
