Refund issue
Item purchased was poor quality so i wanted a refund. Looked at the options and chose, changed my mind (because of the quality). Now i'm being charged for return postage and i cannot change the reason for return. Also, i cannot contact an actual ebay advisor about it. Any ideas?

Mentor3 months agoUnfortunately, you selected the wrong reason, a change of mind selected, will mean you pay for the return postage.
Item not as described / Does Not Match Description , was the one you needed to select.
You could try and ask CS if they can change the reason on the case for you, as you will not be able to do so yourself. If all fails and you need to close the case if you do not wish to pay for the return postage, and turn to your payment provider for help with your refund for receiving a faulty item.
If you need to, Contacting eBay Customer Services is not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.
