Refund help.
Can never get in touch with a human only ai and it won't answer my question. I recently bought different items that are wrong. I have been told by the seller to just request a refund but everytime I do this ebay try make me send the item back and pay. Sellers do not want items back. Any help??

Mentor2 weeks agoebay does require an item to be returned for refund. You only might have to pay the postage if the seller is outside the UK. However, the seller should be able to just issue a refund if they want to. The alternative would be to sell the item yourself.
