Refund given but nothing in account.

Question

I have recived the wrong items, I opened a refund request and no return label was offered items came from India. They did offer the refund on x2 items, neither refund as been given back into my bank account. 7 days have passed. I have proof from seller of the refund started but nothing is in my account. I cant find a way to print a return label.

Offering to refund is not enforceable but opening a case the correct way, sending the item back then escalating the case if there is no refund, is the correct procedure.

Once eBay tell you the refund is made, not the seller, then it's not instantly returned to you, and does go back to original payment source.

If you paid with PayPal it goes back to your PayPal account fairly swiftly.

Paying with a debit / bank card? Can take up to 12 days to appear back in your bank account.

Credit card payment? This takes the longest, up to 30 days to appear back in the card account used.
