Refund from Ebay Balance despite not receiving initial payment? | Member To Member Support

Hi,I recently sold an item. The buyer requested to cancel. I agreed. The item had not been marked as dispatched. They sent the cancellation request. I accepted. The issue I have is that the buyer was fully refunded from my available Ebay balance, but I didn't actually receive a payment from them in the first place. The system says payment is pending but I can't imagine it will go through if the purchase was cancelled. I'm confused. Anyone with advice or experience of this? I'm currently sitting £95 out of pocket which I'm not particularly happy about. Thanks
