Refund for seller
Hi i posted an item and it was delayed by the courier. Ebay decided i had to refund for non delivery which I did. The item has since been delivered but ebay have not refunded me even though I used simple delivery

Ebay refund buyer, you keep your money.

Mentor3 weeks agoContact CS explain this was a Simple Delivery transaction where eBay should have refunded your buyer, see what they say.
Contacting eBay Customer Services is not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.
Use this link to contact CS, if you can try at 8 a.m. on a weekday morning also more chance there for Dublin to answer.
