Refund for return
I sold an item and upon delivery buyer requires red a refund because it didn’t fit. I declined because they knew the size but it turned out I made a mistake so I opted to refund for return. EBay has sent the refund but the buyer has gone quiet and won’t return and eBay says the refund is closed after I declined so no help there

mistake as ebay will not get involved now.
As you should pay for return postage, you could try sorting out with buyer, but as said, without a means of going it through ebay, you would have to supply buyer with a label and hope he returns.
