Mentor2 months agoI am not sure that you can cancel a label, which in real terms has been used, even though not delivered.

Mentor2 months agoIf you paid for the original label it would have had free postage on the listing and you can cancel it here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller
If the postage was stated on the listing that means the buyer paid for it and it will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days.
