Refund for item not as described
Hello, some clothing I bought was not as described (damaged). I requested a refund from seller and ebay told me to check the status on 1st Dec to see if I should ask them to intervene. On 1st Dec, ebay said they'd refunded me and to wait 2-3 days for refund (not appeared on my CC yet). Today, seller offered me a partial refund which I rejected and now I have to return it.
So, what's going on? Do I get the refund after returning it or what? Thanks.

Mentor10 months agoIf ebay have issued a refund ( can take a while to return to credit card) you don't normally have to send the item back.
If the seller accepts the return prior to refund you will receive a paid-for postage label and the money will be refunded after the item has been sent back.
If it's not clear which it is contact ebay in the morning and ask them to check it for you. You can request a callback on here:
