Refund for faulty lamp
I brought a lamp but it's faulty I have opened a returns request the seller has got in contact with me saying she will only give me a 30% refund can she do that if anyone can help i would be greatfull

Mentor6 months agoIgnore the seller and escalate to ebay after 3 business days if the seller has not provided a paid for returns label.
