Refund for Ethiopean bible never delivered to my home address
I want a refund again bible never delivered to my home address. Ebay i am asking you to deal with the problem and refund my money if you dont care to deliver the goods. This is very stressful for me its been ongoing since August you want me to ignore it you are a business you need to treat your customers better.please resolve this and return my money if you not sending the bible i ordered.

You open ebay case and escalate on day 4 if not resolved.
Cases are automated.

Mentor11 months agoYou are not talking to eBay here, but to members like yourself. eBay did not send you that item, they are just a selling platform for members to use to buy and sell items.
On every listing is eBay's 30 day MBG policy, Money Back Guarantee. You need to open a case for item not received within that period, and if there is no tracking to prove otherwise, you are guaranteed a full refund.
You have gone way past the date to claim from eBay , and need to turn to your payment provider now, for help with a refund.

OP11 months agooff and told to wait by end september i contacted them again several times
spoke to a robot eventuall spoke to an agent i guess she was live who were
going to resolve the issue but never did. I would never recommend ebay to
anyone.

Mentor11 months agoYou were fobbed off by a bad seller, eBay did nothing wrong here.
You can feel safe when buying on eBay if you follow the rules, never over step their timeframe to claim that is , a 30 day period after your item's last estimated date for delivery, and never believe a seller's promises or excuses to do otherwise.
Read the MBG link I provided, it will protect you when buying on eBay.

OP11 months agoonline again. I do not have the energy to continue going back and forth but
i believe in the saying that what goes around comes around in one way or
other. I will pray that person do the right thing.

Mentor11 months agoThat is not the way to get refunds, you do not buy from ebay you buy from a seller on ebay.
What you should have done was open a not received case within 30 days of expected delivery to get a refund. The money back guarantee is on EVERY listing.
You are now well out of time for any help from ebay, so contact your payment provider.
