Refund for correct size

Question

I sold a pair of mens jeans W38 L32. It shows on the label. Now the buyer wants a refund as he says it is more like 29-30 leg. He asks for a refund but shows me no proof. Do I give a refund even though it has been one week

If the buyer claims the item is not as described and opens a case you will have to accept it and issue a return label and only refund after you get the item back.

eBay never see the item so accept the buyers claim in most cases
