Refund for collection only item that i cannot collect
Please help. Purchase an Apple Watch and by my own mistake i did not realise it was collection only.
Contacted seller and refused a refund. Also declined the request through the eBay channels.
Therefore she keeps the item and my money.
What do i do ?

Mentor1 week agoAfter 7 days you can open an eBay item not received claim.
When that's been open for 3 business days you'll see an option to ask eBay in, use that and, unless you've given your seller your collection code, you'll get your money back.

OP1 week agoThank you….she just keeps saying no refunds given for any reason.

Mentor1 week agoYou don't have to engage with the seller any more, just follow eBay's automated process to get your money back. There shouldn't be any problem there,but pop back here if you get stuck anywhere along the way.
Once you've opened that not received claim don't close it if the seller claims they can no longer refund if it's open. If you close it you can't re-open it, or open another for the same order.
