Refund for broken item 3 months old, but 1 year warranty
How do I get a refund for a toilet seat I bought and is now faulty/broken 3 months later, but is guaranteed for 1 year. Seller is asking me for Paypal email address but Ebay won't allow me to send it to them. Is there a telephone number for Customer Service can't find it anywhere.
