Refund didn't completed
My refund was sent by the ebay but my bank declined it unfortunately because the bank I used for payment has been closed and not accepting incoming funds, I used PAY BY BANK method during checkout, Any help please? How will i get my funds back now

Mentor6 months agoWhen money is sent to a closed account it bounces back to eBay and awaits details of the correct account.
Add your new bank details, use a laptop /PC not the app to the link below, it may take a few days and may need verifying, but that refund then, should be sent there:

Mentor6 months agoEbay can only refund to the payment source used. You will have to sort this out somehow but if you have actually closed the bank account that will be tricky.
