Refund closed but not paid

Question

I sent back a coat that was too small, accepted by seller and awaited a refund. A few days later I had a message to say refund closed but had not been send the payment. Again I contacted my seller and they said they can’t refund and I need to go through eBay ????

Now I have nobody to speak to and I go around in circles.

Sellers can always refund. Tell them to click on the dropdown menu arrow for the item on their orders list, and select "Send refund". If they still don't do it contact your payment provider and ask them to issue refund/chargeback.
