Refund changed card details
I’ve asked for a refund and returned an item, I’ve had to cancel my D card as it was lost, how do I ensure the refund goes into my new card ?

Mentor2 weeks agoRefunds don't go to debit cards they go to the bank account the debit card is linked to.

Mentor2 weeks agoIf this is a completely new card account you are now using , then the refund will bounce back to eBay from a closed account and await your new details.
Add your new card details to your eBay account with the link below, it will take a few days for this to be verified and for the refund then, will be sent there.
